Michael Cummings, Certified PGA Golf Professional with over 26 years in the business, is our head instructor at Eldon Golf Club. Michael’s passion is helping people improve in the game of golf is second to none. Over the last 24 years at Eldon Golf Club, he has taught some of the best junior golfers in the area with several of them continuing into the college & professional arena to include two individual MSHSAA State Champions in Matt Miller (Eldon) and Hanna Maschhoff (School of the Osage).
Michael uses his knowledge of the swing with new technology to include video analysis and the use of the GC Quad for indoor and outdoor applications. He volunteers many hours to helping local Veterans learn the game of golf through the PGAHOPE program as the Mid-Missouri Director for the program. Also, he runs the one of the most successful PGA Jr. League in Missouri and has done that for the past (6) years.

I’m pleased to announce a new service for teaching. With the app called “CoachNow.’ This will be a subscription service charged automatically at $5/month with a $10 initial set up fee. You will upload your swings into the app and we have the ability to analyze your swing and offer suggestions within 24 hours of upload.

Eldon Golf Club is the home of PGA Jr. League in Mid-Missouri. Our program is the very best in the area and your kids are sure to have a great time in a team centered environment. We are coming off a great 2024 year with our 13U All Star Team finishing 2nd in the Gateway PGA Championship and 5th place at Regionals. More details to come.
